The Story Mosaic

A flexible, responsive, process-oriented program that helps participants reconfigure their ways of thinking. Recombine textures, shape and patterns in a process that encourages ‘flow states’.  Surprise and liberate yourself from restrictive patterns with these arts-based workshops that also incorporate breath, simple movement, sound and touch, and restore sensory skills that work with the neuroplasiticity of the brain, creating pathways for old and new wisdoms to be re-membered. Over a few sessions, this  ‘soul massage’ incorporates into your life and work practices.

–Feedback from Belconnen Arts Centre Infuse program [2025] workshops run by Dr Zsuzsi Soboslay, 2025

Please NB: Zsuzsi’s practice is trauma-informed, and great care is taken when working with groups whose professional and personal stories might also hold difficult material. My work is strengths-based, and builds from supports and capabilities that are not part of the trauma narrative.
Zsuzsi also has 20 years experience in grief work and brings many resources to her processes, including ACT Therapy, Care Ethics, and practices grounded in both Eastern and Western meditation and movement practices. As an ecologist, and learning from the Elders who have so graciously shared their wisdoms from several First Nations traditions, she  believes in reciprocal relations between the animate and ‘inanimate’ world,  and that ‘the earth holds us all’.
