ReStorying was created in 2020 as a replenishment and resilience-building resource for artists affected by COVID-19 lockdowns. Working in a cross-disciplinary manner, with funding from ACT Health and produced with the support of The Street Theatre, Canberra, artist and therapistDr Zsuzsi Soboslay created a 6 module, program that sought to help replenish participants of their creativity and imbue a sense of hope and rich, resourceful practices beyond the bleak restrictions of the time.
Thanks to the generosity of The Street Theatre, the modules are still available FREE for anyone to access, HERE:
Please note there is a breakdown of exercises offered in each session in the Vimeo channel
Dr Zsuzsi is now expanding the scope of this work with The Story Chapel, The Story Mosaic and The Story Hive, in order to create both bespoke, in-person and digitally-accessible program modules that can be adapted bespoke to different groups and organisations.
Current negotiations are with…. watch this space! as I hope to be able to reveal mulitple project partners [including international] as we travel from 2025 into 2026 and following.
