NEW! Art Doula–creative care services

Art Doula is a creative care service to assist birth, death and other life transitions. I offer cognitive and physiological re-framing during exacting times.

Services now include Engage-A-Griot, and bespoke meditation/re-visioning sessions for individuals, families and communities.

With 30 years’ experience in counselling, transformative bodywork and creative collaborations, I am upgrading qualifications for certification as a Celebrant, and Dance for Parkinson’s facilitator.

My work is trauma-informed and respectful of ancient traditions as well as complex contemporary situations.

Sessions are available across international timelines.

In the following posts, I will share a series of free-access meditations, as samples of the bespoke services I can create with you.

In love and hope, Zsuzsi
